Why is the Self-Serve functionality not showing on my app?

If you are already in Avis Preferred, make sure you are signed in. You may need to download the latest version of the app and make sure you have accepted the Terms and Conditions. You also need to make sure your reservation is at a station that is set up for Self-Serve to see the Self-Serve functionality. If you are a first-time renter will need to go to the rental desk so that the profile, identification and payment details can be verified by an Avis member of staff.

If you are not in Avis Preferred, you can sign up either in the app or on the website.
