I can’t find my kiosk QR code / I haven’t received my QR code via SMS, what should I do?

The QR code needed to open the kiosk and collect your car keys will either be available in the Avis mobile app or be sent to you via an SMS. Please ensure you’ve checked for both. If you’re still unable to locate the code, please head to the counter when you arrive to collect your car, and a member of staff will help you.
