We want to make sure everything is perfect before you set off on your journey. As the driver, you need to be there to receive your hire vehicle when it's delivered. This is so we can securely hand the keys over, check your vehicle together and sign the rental agreement. Remember to have your driving licence handy. If you want us to collect your vehicle after your journey, you don't need to be there providing someone can hand the keys over and help with any issues. Simply contact us at your nearest location and choose the time slot that suits you best:

9am – 11.59am

12pm – 2.59pm

3pm – 6pm
